Parables of Jesus

The Parables of Jesus program, led by Deacon Chris, will run from 10:45 am to 12:45 pm each Monday, beginning October 7th. This six-week program will feature a short 10-minute film followed by an engaging discussion and a simple meal. The final class is November 18th.
We’ll explore the teachings of Jesus through the lens of renowned scholar Amy-Jill Levine, who helps us dive deeper into the stories we’ve heard so many times, offering new insights and perspectives. The parables challenge us to think differently, drawing us closer to the heart of Jesus’ message of love, justice, and mercy.
