What is Qigong? Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training. It’s designed to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as “Qi.” This gentle practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves overall well-being.
