Racism in America – The History We Didn’t Learn in School

St. Martha’s Episcopal Church in Bethany Beach is sponsoring a six-part
series “Racism in America – The History We Didn’t Learn in School”
beginning Monday afternoons, 2:30 – 3:30 pm via Zoom, from January 6
through February 10, 2025.   Participants have the option to watch the Zoom
session at St. Martha’s, from their home, or at another sponsoring facility.

If you have not yet had the opportunity to take this class series, I
invite you to participate!  I believe you will find it to be eye-opening
and even transformative, as we come to realize how deeply these often
little known events in our country’s past are impacting our society
today.  Our ability to share that knowledge with others and to take
action to rectify current inequities can have a profound effect on our
future.
